Supermoon has an open internship role for a talented young designer looking to launch their career in multi-disciplinary creativity. We're looking for someone who like us, who believes that visual communication can a huge driver of change, and knows what it takes to deliver that. If you're a bit of a rebel, a design obsessive, and prepared to work hard to make things better, we want to meet you.
Working as an intern at Supermoon means contributing to client projects of all shapes and sizes, so you'll get a broad range of experience across identity design, digital, and motion, and build your global network. We're also interested in exploring new forms of creativity, so it could be a great opportunity to devise your own projects while having access to a network of talented colleagues for support.
Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active, positive designer or trainee art director who firmly believes that their creativity can make a difference to the world. You'll naturally have a strong feel for design theory, color, typography, photography, and other core fundamentals of visual communication, as well as a keen eye for detail and a drive for perfection. You may also create art, music, code, video, animation, 3D graphics, illustration or experiment with photography on the side. We're looking for the designer who seeks creative variation and finds joy in exploring new forms of expression. Could that be you?
Help create design concepts and visual identities.
Create graphics, layouts and new ideas for clients.
Create small animations, such as animated logo concepts, visual elements, and digital UI elements.
Explore fresh ideas in branding and design that help push our client work into new territory.
This role is for an intern only. We typically work with current students or recent graduates, but will consider others who are re-entering the workforce after an absence.
Applicants must have an online portfolio with examples of work.
Applicants will have a burning ambition to become a professional designer and work with brands that make a difference.
Comfort with Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma is crucial. Expertise in After Effects or 3D software, is a bonus.
